Left and Right Turns
- When turning right, slow to a proper speed (somewhere between 7 & 11 mph) with steady and smooth braking. Glance left for traffic, then begin your turn once the front of your vehicle reaches the curb of the street your turning onto. Look into the turn about 20 to 30 feet and and give it a gradual steady accelerator pressure out of the turn into the proper lane
- When making left turns glance right for traffic and make sure not to start turning until the front of you Vehicle is far enough into the intersection (about half way) to end up in the proper lane not crossing over the opposite traffic lane of the street your turning onto
